Unless specifically noted otherwise, all spare parts are sold without technical support and customer agrees that these parts are sold at customer’s own risk. TransAct Technologies does not provide technical support on the installation of parts unless the part is specifically manufactured by TransAct to be installed by the customer.
Transactsupplies.com will replace all items defective in materials or workmanship, if notified within 30 days of invoice date. This policy excludes electrical components, “as is items”, and items expressly covered by another warranty.
You may obtain a Return Authorization to return other items, in accordance with the following conditions:
